Who this covers

Two different groups use OrderPakka, and we hold different things about each: sellers, who run a shop with us, and their customers, who place an order on a seller's page.

What we collect from sellers

• Shop name, web address, logo, and the items and prices you publish
• Your email address, used to sign in
• Your phone or WhatsApp number, so we and your customers can reach you
• Your UPI ID, so your customers can pay you directly
• Your subscription dates and a record of each payment made to us

We do not store your card details. Card and UPI payments to us are handled by our payment gateway, Razorpay, and we receive only a payment reference and whether it succeeded.

What we collect from customers ordering

• The name, phone number and delivery address typed at checkout
• What was ordered, the total, and the delivery area chosen
• A payment screenshot, if one is uploaded as proof

This is collected on behalf of the seller, to fulfil an order the customer chose to place. The seller can see it because they have to deliver the order. No other seller can see it.

A returning customer's name, phone and address are also saved in their own browser, so they do not retype them. That copy stays on their device, is never sent to us for any other purpose, and is cleared by tapping “not you?” on the ordering page.

What we do not collect

• Card numbers, CVV, UPI PINs or bank credentials — never, from anyone
• Location tracking, contacts, photos or anything else from a phone
• Advertising or cross-site tracking cookies

We use cookies only to keep a signed-in seller signed in. There are no marketing cookies on a shop's ordering page.

Payment screenshots

Screenshots uploaded as payment proof are stored in a private bucket, not on the public internet. Only the shop that received the order can view one, and only through a link that expires after 30 minutes.

Who we share with

We use a small number of service providers, and nobody else:

• Supabase — database, file storage and sign-in
• Vercel — hosting
• Razorpay — subscription payments from sellers to us

We disclose data otherwise only where the law requires it. We do not sell or rent personal data to anyone, for any price.

How long we keep it

• Order records: while the shop is active, so the seller keeps their own history
• Payment screenshots: deleted once the order is settled and no longer disputed
• A closed shop's data: deleted within 90 days of closure, unless we must keep payment records for tax purposes

Your rights

Write to contact@raladigitalhub.com and you can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct anything wrong, or delete it. We will respond within 30 days.

If you are a customer of a shop rather than a seller, you can ask us directly, but the fastest route is usually the shop itself — it is their record of your order.

Security

Every shop's data is separated in the database itself rather than by application code, so one shop cannot read another's orders even if something goes wrong in our software. Prices and charges are recalculated on our servers at order time, and the browser is never trusted about what something costs.

Children

OrderPakka is a tool for running a business and is not intended for anyone under 18.

Changes

If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will tell sellers by email or WhatsApp rather than quietly changing the date at the top.
