About OrderPakka

What we do

OrderPakka gives a small business its own ordering page. The owner publishes what is available today, shares one link with their customers, and the orders come back as a countable list instead of a hundred chat messages.

Every shop runs at its own address — orderpakka.in/theirshop — with their own name, logo, items and prices. Customers open the link, order in about a minute, and pay by UPI or on delivery. There is no app to install and no account to create on either side.

Who it is for

Businesses where what is for sale changes by the day, and orders have to close before preparation starts: home kitchens and tiffin services, flower and garland shops, fish and meat stalls, vegetable and farm boxes, bakeries taking orders ahead, dairy rounds, and caterers.

The problem we set out to fix

Almost every small seller in India takes orders on WhatsApp. It works until the day it doesn't. Counting the day's quantities means scrolling back through a hundred messages before the day has started. Orders keep arriving after cooking has begun. Payment screenshots sit between order messages and family forwards. Nobody can say which orders are paid, which are cash, and which went out.

A chat cannot count, cannot remember, and cannot close at ten o'clock. That is the whole of what OrderPakka adds.

What we are not

We are not a marketplace. We do not list shops, we do not send anyone customers, and we take no commission on what a shop sells. Every seller brings their own customers and keeps them. We charge a flat monthly fee for the software and nothing else — so a shop's success is entirely theirs.

We also never handle a shop's money. Customer payments go directly to the seller's own UPI ID or into their hand on delivery. Nothing passes through us.

OrderPakka is operated by Rala Digital Hub Pvt Ltd, based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. We are a small team, which is why the phone number on our contact page reaches a person rather than a queue.
